Real Weddings Tammy & Matt

Yesterday's wedding took place at Boulder's Red Lion Restaurant, located just a short drive up the Boulder canyon. The bride chose a soft palette of ivory and green roses, white ranunculus and white tulips, with a modern wrap of aspidistra leaves. Shamane of Shamane's Bake Shoppe created the gorgeous cake with a cascade of flowers and fruit. Summer wedding ceremonies at the Red Lion, take place alongside the bubbling Boulder Creek. Brides have the option of renting the beautiful aspen arch from The Red Lion, and I have the pleasure of decorating it. Congratulations Tammy and Matt!

Susan Pacek Photography

I just had to post this photo of last weekend's wedding bouquet. It is so sexy!! Wow, thank you once again to Susan Pacek, an amazing photographer. I designed this using blue-white hydrangea, white ranunculus, Vandella roses and blue delphinium.

Winter White Wedding in Denver Colorado

Just a quick pick from yesterday's wedding at the beautiful Valley Country Club in south Denver. Wedding colors were white on white and icy blue. Perfect for a winter wedding. The garden roses were grown in California and smelled heavenly. Loved working with Nicole Mulvany from RSVP Shindig.

Bridal Bouquets, White on White

One of my very favorite color schemes is white on white. You see, its because the colors are not really just plain white on plain white. There are so many different shades of white, oyster, silk, ivory, champagne... the list goes on forever. I am always a bit amused when I hear a new name for white from the wedding gown designers. They are always so dreamy. So today, let's hear it for white. http://www.designspongeonline.com/2010/01/we-like-it-wild-ranunculus

Canyon House Wedding

A truly romantic wedding at Boulder's Canyon House. The bride was lovely in her lace gown accented by the pink garden rose bouquet. Wonderful photos by www.stonecrandall.com. Thanks for visiting.
